Refund and Dispute Policy
At Fifteen Sparks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your app or service, we offer the following refund options:
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
- The app or service must not have been used extensively (as determined by usage analytics)
- Technical issues that prevent the app from functioning as advertised
- Accidental purchases (provided they are reported within 48 hours)
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@fifteensparks.com
- Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a charge or service, please contact us first at support@fifteensparks.com. We're committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may:
- File a dispute with your payment provider (credit card company, PayPal, etc.)
- Contact your local consumer protection agency
- Seek resolution through applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
Cancellation Policy
Subscription Services
For our subscription-based apps (such as Squirrel Sort), you may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law
- You can cancel through the app settings or by contacting support
One-Time Purchases
For one-time app purchases or in-app purchases:
- Cancellations must be requested within 14 days of purchase
- The app or feature must not have been used extensively
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined above
How to Cancel
- iOS App Store: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select the app, and choose "Cancel Subscription"
- Google Play Store: Go to Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions, select the app, and choose "Cancel"

Fair Use and Service Terms
Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. We reserve the right to:
- Decline refund requests that don't meet our stated criteria
- Investigate unusual patterns of refund requests
- Modify these policies with 30 days' notice to customers
- Comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

Note: These policies comply with Stripe's requirements for digital products and services. For platform-specific purchases (iOS App Store, Google Play), the respective platform's refund policies may also apply.
